Pros

- Fast-paced, high-energy work environment - Free movies - Training relevant to multiple industries; customer service, food service, tech (if in projection booth), etc - Lots of opportunity for advancement if you do your job well

Cons

- Pay is awful (across the board; managers don't make enough either) - Job duties and responsibilities and expectations are increasing while the amount of staff scheduled is decreasing - Available hours dependent upon movie success - Health insurance is extremely lackluster - "Entertainment industry" so no guaranteed breaks
