Pros

Fun industry and product is always chaning, innovative company and free movies is never a bad thing! The best part are the co-workers and their passion for greatness.

Cons

Job responsiblities often require working before and after work, it is rare to see someone promoted from within.

Pros

A widely known brand name for your resume. Exposure to a lot of catch phrases/key words, business tools, and trendy leadership philosophies, that will sound appealing in future interviews.

Cons

The company puts on a facade of being progressive, open, supportive, and nurturing. However, the reality is quite different. You are literally evaluated in to a perceived performance/potential box early on, usually based on the whims of a single person, and there is little you can do to change that initial placement from then on (not that you are ever truly informed of where you have been placed). They will continue to dangle the carrot of professional growth, future opportunities, and the idea that you are a valued team member, but the truth lies in whether you were placed in the right box or not. Most people are viewed as highly disposable and only filling temporary roles. The few who aren't gained favorable status via corporate politics, favoritism, and pure chance. The end result being a lot of quality people used and discarded, while inept corporate drones are continuously promoted; thus, perpetuating the root cause of the problem.
