Pros

Free movies, vacation and sick time

Cons

Pay is very low considering everything expected. No work-life balance, corporate has a hand in everything done. No time to actually use vacation time

Pros

Overall, a pretty fun job for a teenage. - Good benefits (free movies and concessions discounts) - Fun Environment (Really depends on your coworkers and management) - Work isn't too hard - Work Uniform is comfortable - Lot's of different things to do so it's never too boring - Mostly flexible working schedule (they're not too flexible with weekend hours)

Cons

- Working experience is really based on management and coworkers - Depending on what you're doing, there might be a lot of talking with customers - Lots of movement (walking around theaters) - Not a lot of time to sit (a pretty physical job) - Stressful when there's a lot of people to see the newest Marvel movies (or any other popular movies)

Pros

gained experience in many different areas of the business-inventory, cash handling, maintenance, booth operations, writing employee schedules, bartending, customer service, employee training

Cons

management politics became too much. supervisor of 4 years being paid the same as incoming hires. pay was horribly unfair. Did more work than most managers and was paid significantly less. no overtime. no paid time off and taking time off was difficult. no sick pay. little to no benefits for supervisors. film crew have even less.
