Pros

Average benefits, free access to movies, free drinks and dine-in foods, build guest strategies.

Cons

Hypocritical planning, low pay, focusing more on making money than improving on the foundation itself. Service is poor and communication is subpar in follow-ups. Organized training methods procedures don't exist in this business. Hours are randomly scheduled for the week. If getting hired first they tend to put you in nights most of the time where senorities will tend to be working only on the daytime.
