Pros

Free movies, decent management, friendly employees, easy job, etc. The theater I worked at offered me a lot of opportunities in my time there.

Cons

Hours can vary during the time of year. Sweeping up popcorn gets old, but it's not bad. Film crew hardly ever gets raises.

Pros

Easy job, you get to work by yourself, social with guests and make drinks which are very consistent. Easy to learn recipes and a fun atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes you work with 2 bartenders a night when managers think it will busy base on ticket sales, but the only problem is some ticket sales don't effect the guests that come to the bar. It all depends on what movie comes out, whether its a kids movie or a more adult drinking type movie.
