Pros

Benefits are great. On occasion we can see movies for free and so can our families and friends. All depends on the circumstances though. Get to change positions frequently, so you don't get too bored working the same spot forever. Hours are somewhat flexible. Great for a high school student looking for a first job.

Cons

AMC does not care about its employees or customer services. It only cares about the sales of stupid promotions and its reward card system. An employee can get away with being the worst worker ever as long as they sell a few rewards cards a week. One the opposite side, if an employee works hard and is great with customers, they can get in trouble for not selling any rewards cards. AMC has its priorities mixed up. Also AMC only pays minimum wage with very few exceptions. They do not promote in house either, so climbing up the ladder is difficult.
