Decent pay and flexibility, but company struggles financially

Pros

-Decent Pay & Benefits -Flexibility - some roles are 100% Remote roles -My immediate Manager had all the qualities of a great Leader

Cons

-Best Healthcare plan is super expensive and can be a challenge for employees residing outside the Massachusetts area. -From a financial standpoint, company has been performing very poorly and resorted to layoffs last week. Rumor is they are pivoting to a off-shore hiring model to save labor cost.

Pros

The Ireland management is good. Free food and transportation with high average pay

Cons

Their Philippine management is worse.You are only respected if you got a title or position to your name. A lot of office politics in which management is the only one creating it. No bonus to expect other than the mandatory benefits. Not so much employee engagements. No standardize processes so there are tendencies of overlapping of tasks. You have a manager here at the same time a manager in Ireland.
