flexible (but long) schedule and gym

underpaid and overworked. managers are not technical. careful when managers ask you to work extra hours during bring up. bonus often falls short of the target. also, the finance people only cares about their bottom line and not you. location in austin is kind fo suburb-ish and you need to drive to get anywhere
