Pros

Good pay. Good work/life balance. Get to do some interesting travel depending on your role.

Cons

Hopelessly behind Intel on CPU performance and can't figure out how to make use of their graphics advantage. Most of the good people I worked with have moved on. Could use better processes on the marketing side.
