Nothing. Absolutely the worst company. The CEO mentioned free coffee in the company as a benefit, please get real and see the outside world. The coffee you give at the office is as fake as the jewelry you sell, it’s probably plain water with fake lab facelift to resemble coffee in your so-call beauty shop.
Cons
Everything. This company is the worst company ever. Calls itself a family, all fake. 1. A family that gives 1% raise to its employee. 2. A family that gives no leaves to its employee. 3. A family that hinders growth of its employees. 4. A family that is out to bite each other and never let anyone grow. 5. A family that gives 5$ JTV token on birthday and 10$ chipotle coupons as bonus
