Great people Work is fulfilling and interesting Flexible work from home There is some movement in mfg to fix the lead time issue
Cons
- Too much focus on big business values such as FCA terms, prepayments with no real courtesy to customers. Repeat customers are feeling sleighted by the sudden terms shifting along with the long lead times. - Lead time is a mess right now, customers are complaining and we can't even get stock items out in a few days. Manufacturing too focused on value of shipments, not enough on keeping promises to customers. - Our competitors have 8-10 week lead times, our lead time is 16 weeks and we still can't accomplish that in most cases. Very hard to sell under this condition, especially with the constant nitpicking of FCA terms and prepayments from well established customers.
