      Pros

      They are very flexible and encourage a work-life balance. They are very open to change and give you autonomy to do your job. I have learned a lot over the last year and highly recommend AMETEK as a great place to work.

      If you are not keen on change or continuous improvement, this may not be the place for you. Other than that, no true cons
