Company offered pizza parties. ok pay for engineering (you can make more doing literally anything else)

Cons

-low pay (below average) - Low off days (less than industry standard) - bad work culture company tried to turn engineers into sales reps without comission offering pizza parties for compensation for sales

Unstable company with worst financial background.

Free travel. Other than that there is no benifit.

Cons

Company is not having enough financial security. Started firing employees on the first week of cov_id because of financial crises. Lack of financial stability is evident.

With recent Rochester engineering staffing reductions, new product growth opportunities will never be realized, and decline will continue resulting in plant closure.
