      Pros

      The work weeks are not too draining despite the constant traveling. Management is understanding and tries to help out as much as possible with the job and training.

      Cons

      Company mobility and growth is quite stagnant. Raises can take a while to be awarded

      Pros

      Getting the tools you need for the job is not a problem. Lots of points for reward clubs involving hotels, car rentals and air travel. Good health benefits and 401k plan.

      Cons

      No bonus incentive/commission program. Departments continue to merge / downsize, so responsibilities increase however compensation does not. More people needed to maintain efficiency and prevent bottle-necking.
