      Pros

      As a new person at AMETECH all of my coworkers and supervisor have been very friendly. The workload is not overwhelming.

      Cons

      I often don't have enough work to do. All of the office people eat lunch at their desks which can be isolating.

      Onboarding process is very well thought out and seamless. AMETEK is a large company with an endless number of opportunities throughout the many different business units.

      - Prioritize both team and independent training - Autonomy of companies within Ametek gives it more of a close-knit feel versus a big corporation - Every employee is a high-value contributor and everyone has the opportunity to make a big impact that contribute to greater organizational initiatives within their role - High priority of technical advancement while improving manufacturing safety

      - Sometimes information is slow to trickle down from the top because of the organizational structure - Lean employee numbers can lead to an overly heavy workload - Limited career advancement
