      Pros

      In my short time working here everyone has been very friendly and helpful in my development in this role. Everyone is willing to help and answer any questions I may have. My manager and I have great communication and it is very easy to talk to him. Getting feedback on what I'm doing well and what I need to do has also been very helpful and positive.

      Cons

      Commute to the office can be somewhat annoying due to the lack of food options nearby and not wanting to pay for delivery. I find when I'm in the office I spend most of my lunch break just going out to get food, rather than taking that time to eat and take a break.
