Was a great company - had good cultural values, employees were happy BUT then AMETEK bought the company and RUINED EVERYTHING!

Cons

No advancement, pay raises not adequate, they treat employees as expendable, HR is absolutely horrendous.

Experience with major medical device companies, but poor leadership

Experience medical device contract manufacturing for all the big name company's around the globe.

Cons

Senior staff are mostly uneducated promoted from the production floor areas. You and the company suffer from their lack of their job skills covering for posers, fakes, lackeys and wantabees.

Relaxed culture, overall friendly peers, clean working conditions

Cons

Very bland 9-5 experience in this specific role. The role I had ended up truly being a tech support role - answering customer calls, troubleshooting issues on the phone, and logging RMAs. Very dull overall experience.
