      Pros

      -Very interesting work -Encouraged to learn the concepts behind the product -Get more hands-on experience than at a big company (I previously worked at a large Connecticut-based government contractor and left due to having little-to-no hands-on experience) -Pay is actually pretty solid compared to other engineering companies -Very good people to work with -Work-life balance is very good

      Cons

      -Needs more helping hands -Company was bought out by AMETEK in relative recent years, so profit is a big focus (as with any big corporation)

      Good Company finding its footing after the pandemic

      Pros

      A lot of really great people. This made it enjoyable to work there even when they projects were difficult it was clear than everyone wanted to see them through to a successful conclusion.

      Cons

      Pay was low. Management decisions that had previously been very employee focused shifted outside of the building.
