Decent pay and somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

The BU I work for was told many things when we were purchased by Ametek. Many of those things were lies. Multiple layoffs/terminations. Zero communication from upper management. Employees are not valued by company at all.

Cons

Company views everyone as replaceable and doesn't really care about it's employees. Company isn't willing to pay to retain it's best employees. Too much focus on the short term.
