      Good products and hard working people

      Cons

      Poor operating systems and no desire for improvement are highlighted by mismanagement of product flow, high turnover. Poor tracking of in-work units, materials, or statistics makes improvement impossible. We perpetually have too few people to do the work, so can only fight the closest fires.
