      Pros

      Can’t think of any really. Co workers are great, but the management is horrible. The company in itself only cares about the dollar.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? I could sit down and talk to you for hours about the cons. It’s a very toxic work environment and fast turn arounds.

      Great Company

      Pros

      The leadership brings great ideas to the table and is committed to continuous improvement. There are good opportunities to develop. The culture is generally very positive and oriented to taking care of the clients. The company has a clear mission and is committed to executing upon it.

      Cons

      The pandemic brought on some serious challenges over the last year and our business took a big hit. However, I was really impressed with how the team weathered the storm.

      More can be done on employee recognition - its not just about compensation. Need to keep challenging our teams to focus on that.
