Don't expect much help from your HR department. You can submit a complaint, even request accommodations, and it won't matter. If you're working in the PCB area, do not expect a safe working environment. Do not expect a supervisor who will help you grow at the job. As a former employee myself, I was subject to being belittled, insulted, laughed at and treated like I was stupid. This harassment intensified after I received accommodations. Workplace harassment is abundant.
