      Pros

      Ametek values their employees, has a good 401K, vacation, and office environment. They tried very hard to furlough instead of lay people off in the pandemic.

      Cons

      No bonuses, raises aren’t good, no profit sharing, project cycle is often sloppy and disorganized. Little structure and lots of fires to put out.
