Great leadership that shows they care about their employees. AMETEK has offered a wonderful work, life, balance where there is no micromanagement, and everyone is treated like adults and is trusted to get their task completed. I feel like I can ask for help from anyone, even the Division Vice President and they would be there to step in.

Cons

Every organization has their challenges, we are not excluded from that. Being a manufacture, at times projects and initiatives can be slow to materialize. There are a lot of approvals that are required and a full team effort for new products releases. Going to market in a timely manner for new products is something AMETEK is striving to accomplish, but with like anything it takes time.
