      Great Coworkers working out on the floor. Seeing good changes in management.

      Cons

      Terrible supervisor, Harasses employees and tries to intimidate them. While pleading for you to work more and more overtime while being short staffed. Egotistical and never likes to admit when he's wrong other then in front of a higher up. Little room to grow in production

      Insubordination is not dealt with, no leadership, & if you do not know your worth, the company will tell you what it is & pay peanuts.
