      Doesn’t want to change or implement processes to better the overall company and if it comes at a cost the answer will always be no. Oh and you have to pay for your own milk if you want a cup of tea!

      The co-workers and entry level managers are amazing.

      Cons

      The accounting department is so lean that you are expected to work a herculean number of hours in order to get the job done. If that includes holidays and weekends, you’ll be expected to work. You are not rewarded for your efforts, because it is expected.
