Pros
The de-centralized structure of AMETEK makes it feel like working for a smaller business versus the huge entity that it really is. They are competitive in pay and within the different markets their products are in. The people are generally happy to work here.
Cons
I feel like AMETEK's sustainability efforts could be better and while they have the AMETEK Foundation, they could also have a bigger impact with their corporate social responsibility efforts.
