      Relaxed environment, flexible ,nice people to work with. Plenty of overtime all week long and on the weekends.. Not micro managed

      Pros

      Overall it is a nice close knit atmosphere. Things can get hectic at times but everyone works well together. A good diverse group of people.

      Cons

      The management is poorly organized. Most of the directors are very short sighted. Workloads are either very light or very heavy.
