1. Staffing company, though projects itself as Product company 2. Employees are staffed into US Business units, who consider Indians as low cost resources and contractors 3. Indian management does not have any sa, they are mere puppets 4. Silent layoffs happen often 5. Growth is bad

Everything, especially after the recent changes in the leadership (HR), toxic culture, lot of micromanagement, no SOP’s, no support at all
