Cons
You are worked into the ground. You can't make plans because they spring mandatory OT on you at the last minute. Management doesn't care about the workers, to them you are just a number. This is something that they will tell you. People are afraid to speak up about anything because they fear losing their job. They only seem to want people who will keep their mouth shut and do what they are told. Have an issue they don't like and choose to voice it? They'll find a way to get rid of you. And by all means, don't mention unions. You'll find yourself being shown the front door as soon as they can find a "legal" reason to do so.
