Very bottom line focused resulting in little people focus.

Over-worked, underpaid, micro managed to the hilt. The wage paid was not worth the work expected. Their expectations were far greater than that of the position they hired for. They have a high turnover rate in all positions in all of the company and it is due to the Big Brother Corporate Giant that looks over their shoulders at every waking moment, and the managers both supervisors and upper-management do not know how to run a business, but are very good at holding unnecessary meetings that take people away from their daily tasks and further drives sales south for the business. It is unconscionable to not provide the proper training to your employees that they deserve. Perhaps if the business could provide supplies that the employee needs to function in their job, they wouldn't have disgruntled staff. This place runs VERY LEAN and that means every aspect. This company has minimal staff to accomplish tasks, meaning they require lots of overtime to get the jobs done. This company does not provide the tools necessary to function in their job, so it is only a matter of time before someone gets tired of it and leaves. Also, when they hired me for the position, the job turned out to be something completely different than expected. Seems to happen a lot there. They say "we are a family", but you really need to watch your back.
