      Pros

      I am currently part of this company. I am quiet happy to work with this organisation. Listing few major pros which I noticed here: 1. Quality work 2. Very friendly environment 3. Supportive seniors 4. Good pay.

      Cons

      It has many cons as well. But main problem I feel is with management i.e. they should be more transparent towards their employees while taking decisions.
