      Pros

      This is a stable company with great prospects for someone looking for long employment duration. The company has huge growth ambitions and offers fantastic remuneration package for senior staff.

      Cons

      Ametek offers very poor pay compared to market rates for non-senior roles. Also, too much 'office politics' is needed for career progress, but this is typical of large corporate structures.
