      Salary and benefits are OK

      Cons

      Only spend 2% of revenue on R&D. Never invest in anything and only spend on acquisition, many of which are not not worth acquiring. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

      High technology products. Innovative environment. Smart coworkers. Company is really improving communication and diversity efforts and the results show.

      Pay is decent. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Ametek bought the company and paid way too much for it which in an example of the way they run their business. Things are rushed and not carefully thought out which leads to bad decision making. They overly focused on monthly financials and not on the customer which is a effective way to run a business into the ground. I would never recommend anyone to work for them.
