      Pros

      None at all if you want a rewarding career.

      Cons

      Management does not care about morale or their workforce. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of this place. Everyone is just a number and is replaceable.

      Pros

      You will always have a lot of responsibility and more work than you can handle, so it helps the day go by fast! Never a dull day here. Upper management does not micro-manage and allows business managers to make business decisions, although they are very strict and sometimes stifling in the resources they allow. Good tuition reimbursement program and 401k. There are opportunities to advance and the company often (but not always) promotes from within.

      Cons

      Businesses are often looked at to be in "harvest mode" and it is difficult to get management to invest in needed resources. It can be frustrating when you see so many deficiencies and areas that need improvement but no budget or resources to do so. There is no lack of cash available though and projects that have a 1.5 year payback or better are easily funded. Management is willing to invest in new product development as well. Also, turnover is relatively high and management does not hesitate to make layoffs if businesses have a prolonged period of slowdown.

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Very poor opportunities from within, "Good Old Boy network" do not foster a positive, progressive environment. Antiquated process', do not utilize systems available to them. Stagnate environment.
