There isn't a day that you don't work 9+ hours even though when they hire you on they say only 8 hours is required. Overtime *IS* required-no matter what they may tell you, and you will hardly go a week without 10+ hours of it. They will only ever pay you time and a half for overtime, if you want them to pay you double time (say it is because you are working on a holiday) you will have to fight for it. There is a incentive program that leads to a pay raise, but the program is so flawed that nobody can get the raises that they deserve - only the special few that management favors. This leaves the employee's overworked and underpaid. Employee's are undervalued and shown no appreciation.

Management and HR are horrible to work for, they only care about the bottom line not the employee.
