      -Ametek seems to have some great resources for employees and really celebrates diversity. - There is a lot of growth at the Ametek company.

      Cons

      -Bonuses are only for managers and directors. It would be nice for all employees to be eligible for a bonus.

      The pay and benefits are great. The work I'm doing is exciting, challenging, and rewarding. There is lots of opportunity for growth in the midst of an environment ripe for improvement and optimization.
