      Pros

      Work life balance is solid, there is a great deal of opportunity to train and learn new skills as well as expand your knowledge and understanding of the product. There is a flexible attendance policy and many of the benefits are very good. The company is always trying to innovate and stay near the cutting edge. Their 401k is excellent.

      Cons

      Sadily the company is not very pro worker, while they never attempted to stop a union from forming they definitely do not want a union in their shops. they do no offer double time for working 7 days a week or sundays. Their employee compensation is middle of the road if not on the low end. The healthcare benefits are about middle of the road but their prescription drug coverage is dismal
