      Pros

      Decent benefits package including comprehensive health care.

      Cons

      Continual head count reductions for cost savings. Talk about quality, but it does not appear to be in the culture as demonstrated by top management.

      Pros

      quarterly incentives for employees following safety program. Monthly presentations to all employees on sales/revenue/quality/safety to keep them informed

      Cons

      Management unprofessional ( rude comments and yelling) and toxic to employee morale. Cycles workers to work most weekends and extra hours just to meet revenue for the month. Corporate management doesn't seem to care what happens within the plant as long as revenue is met ( was notified of concerns, yet never contacted me to even discuss if my concerns were valid.) Continuous turnover of personnel both at worker and management levels.

      Pros

      Remote Sales Manger position afforded a good work life balance, good pay and a company vehicle + gas. Aerospace and aviation related high ticket sales and highly engineered products.

      Cons

      Goals set by those who are uneducated to the current state of the industry and unwilling to adopt or architect a revised approach to expanding aftermarket business to supplement the problematic cycles associated with OEM customers.
