      Constant Pressure To Improve Revenue

      Pros

      A variety of custom made thermal components used on a plethora of applications. Great engineering and r&d team. Knowledgeable team members and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Micro managers are slave drivers. Executives make quarterly bonuses. Everyone else is pushed to their limits. Managers are always trying to beat revenue forecasts. Employees get blamed for managers bad decisions. Buyer/Planners are expected to do everything. From planning and purchasing for production and returns, to resolving all discrepancies found by QA, while keeping the schedule firm and management aware of what is going on.

      Company doesn't exist to innovate

      Pretty stable company, lots of varied technologies, moves slow if you want to keep your heat down.

      Cons

      Innovates through acquisition. Shies away from organic growth. Rejects internal ideas.
