Warning: A Toxic Workplace with Zero Job Security and Subpar Employee Benefits 1. Insecurity Looms: No Job Security and Uncertain Termination Policies. 2. An Inside Look: Lack of Employee Support and Puppet Indian Management. 3. Policies are not employee friendly - No WFH option - Absence of Flexi pay for salary - Inadequate Family Benefits: Maternity and Paternity Policies Falling Short with others. - Stuck in Fixed Pay with Tax Woes: Complete fixed pay with lot of tax deduction as they don't have any tax saving options. 4. Opaque Management and Disappointing Pay Raises. 5. Technical Excellence Marred by Poor Planning. 6. Suffocated by Toxicity and Micro-Management. 7. Lack of professional growth opportunities. 8. There is no Vision for Indian Management.
