      Awesome HR folks and very welcoming environment to work in. Great benefits and great learning and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Vaccine was mandated, I do not agree with this but I was already vaxed so it did not affect me.

      Pros

      I have been employed with AMETEK for 2 months and have had an extremely positive experience thus far. My direct team has been supportive, informative and more than open with collaborating with me. The company itself has given me great work life balance and flexibility to Productively do my job. I look forward to growing in my role and taking on new challenges.

      Pros

      I can only speak to the MCT División for Ametek and I can guarantee you that if you work hard and seek opportunity you will move up and your work will be noticed. I spent 6 years here and I never imagine I would grow this fast within a company. Ametek is constantly acquiring new companies and the opportunity to grow and move within the company is high. Pros: -Caring people/Professional -Good Work/Life Balance -Competitive Pay -Clear Goads and Guidance

      Cons

      These cons relate to finance during acquisition and note that it's temporary. After the company gets used to how AMETEK works it gets a LOT easier. With that said overtime during month end close, tight deadlines and October is a rough month with closing Q3, Physical inventory and Budgets starting. Must publicly traded companies have the same routine and if you're in finance this isn't anything new. Help is provided from other BU's since they are doing the same thing so you won't feel lost.
