      Pros

      A true start-up environment with a family feel. At AMI Network I have learned more and experienced greater success than I could have ever imagined. This is a team that works hard but also knows how to have fun. The leadership provides effective training and also offers a great deal of autonomy. We help a wide range of clients in Health Care connect with passionate candidates to fill their most important job openings. Many of these employees go on to save lives!

      Cons

      As with any recruiting role, there are many uncontrollable factors that can directly impact your earnings as well as your performance metrics

      Amazing Perks, and Lot's of Opportunity for $

      Pros

      They really set you up for success. From what I've heard, most recruitment firms really make you go out and find lots of clients, and here they give you a ton of jobs to recruit for. There's a process that works, and they teach you how to become successful, while still allowing you to be yourself. Amazing perks like unlimited vacation, some working from home, and the company does a lot of awesome trips together, plus the potential to make tooons of $$ if you perform well.

      Cons

      It's a small company (although they are growing quickly), so there's less structure and rules than one would experience at a larger organization.
