Pros

People working here have really good knowledge and are helpful. This is quite a small and friendly company.

Cons

You might be lucky to get onsite opportunity but Dont expect a good salary here. You will be safe at job if you work for BIOS, for others higher management(of India) keeps on making experiments. Except some teams higher management have no clear idea on how to make business. Seniority matters. Benefits for emplyees defers a lot with their seniority and closeness to HRs.

Pros

*Company is well known as an industry leader in BIOS and some other server backend components *If you want to just sit in a cubical all day and watch movies, YouTube, and Facebook then its a great place - nobody will notice and you can collect a salary like that for years

Cons

*Single owner who doesn't know how to manage a post 1980s tech company *Below market pay *People are treated like commodities *Little opportunity for advancement
