Poor code base and poor software architecture 14. No wfh policy 15. delaying salary hike 16. Less salary hike 17. Less bonus 18. There is no enough hardware to work 19. there is no first aid box 20. More work pressure and no work life balance 21. No one is talking about employee benefits
