Good place to learn.

Pros

Good place to learn new technology (specially BIOS and firmware related). Annual percent increments are good.

Cons

Work pressure is sometimes high forcing you to work till late night. So, work life balance is not good. Also, extra facilities such as gym or indoor, outdoor games are not there.

Freshers can learn something good. 90% of Unit-heads/Managers have good attitude. Flexible working hours

Cons

Compensation is not industry standard Many times too much pressure/Poor work life balance BIOS/MegaRAC depts ok.. but other technical departments are quite risk to the career
