Open minded environment. Even freshers are given equal respect here. Friendly atmosphere. You can learn a lot here. Projects managers like Mr. Venkatesan Balakrishnan/ Mr Gowtham S are definite pros of this company.

Cons

Salary too low. No extra benefits compared to any other product based company. No one cares for your personal growth. While the lower managements/Product managers are much caring, Higher management / HR doesn't care at all about the employees.

Cons

Very bad management policies. Very Low salary. No proper promotion process. They will ask you sign as many bonds as they can. You should not work on same technology for next 3 years after resigned from this company. No proper Transportation facility. No Extra benefits. No salary hike after 2 years.
