      HR is very poor at following employee law and protecting employees from harassment. Poor

      Lack of self-assessments makes it easy to skate by.

      Cons

      HR doesn't have any type of program in place to protect them from HR themselves if concerns are raised. This is a very unhealthy work environment and is hampering AMI's ability to have a healthy and safe work space.
