Was lucky enough to be placed on a team with good leadership.

Cons

Was lucky enough for the Chairman to call us, "the most innovative team in this company," followed by him removing leadership and pulling our funding because he wasn't ready to commit to a strong new business opportunity with customer contracts ready for him to sign.
