Pros
- When you join as a fresher, your learning curve is too high. every day you go to office you learn something, as teams are too small and no one have much time to help you. - You get full exposure to design and develop the module you working into. - Team leads and managers are too friendly, they will help/support you in all the ways. - Flexible timing and no dress code. - You can take leave whenever you want., unless you working in very critical project.
Cons
- Canteen is very small. - Pay is less compared to the hard work you do. - No Work Life balance, if you working in customer project.
